Originally constructed in 1903 as a Carnegie Steel building, Iron Manor was restored to be an iconic avant-garde wedding venue. This Houston-area venue is one of a kind and features stunning industrial architectural elements, and all-in-one packages.
The chapel and reception spaces are separated by a massive set of industrial barn doors and feature stunning floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing for plenty of natural light. The elegant chandeliers and iron russets draw your eye to the ceiling where you can see a moving truss with chandeliers. A popular floral decoration is to hang gorgeous greenery from this moving truss.
The bridal suite has a classic wall of four hair and makeup stations with gorgeous lighting and mirrors. The glass conservatory, though, is one of the biggest unique elements of Iron Manor. The circular extension to the room has a ceiling made up of windows to see the clouds while you get ready with your squad. The conservatory is separated from the rest of the room by full remote-controlled curtains so you can change in privacy and have the big reveal!
The cocktail hour area is located behind the main Iron Manor building. The guests are ushered out after the ceremony to a beautiful open area outside. The semi-finished brick walls and iron lanterns give the feeling of the remains of a historic castle. String lights help illuminate and complete the space, giving a beautiful area for night shots during the reception as well.
The reception space truly gives the feel of an industrial castle. With the pipes behind the bar and a moving truss with chandeliers, you can truly make any wedding a magical fairytale at Iron Manor.
